Any edits are possible at the sketching phase. After the sketching phase, a small edit is allowed, bigger edits will come with a fee, or will not be possible at all.

I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

I maintain all the rights to my work as the creator. You can not claim my work as your own. You must include credit to me @jaxsilber or bsky account whenever you repost the commissioned work.

You will receive updates of my work regularly. If you want an update shoot me a DM. Usually, I send a thumbnail, sketch, tight sketch w/ flat color and then the final. Unless its a surprise piece.

My art is not allowed to be used for anything related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, virtual decentralized markets, or AI-generated art.

The art will be delivered digitally in a Google Drive folder or through VGen's file manager (if request was done through that) that you will be sent upon completion.

All prices listed are in USD.

For larger commissions we can set up a payment plan but for smaller commissions, I need the final price upfront.

Prices listed are only the base rate. Rates will be higher depending on the complexity of the character design and illustration. Things such as detailed outfits or additional backgrounds or characters will increase the price.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes do not apply to clients that have confirmed commissions.

Commissions can often take a month between all the steps. I work in order so if you need your commission pushed in front of the rest it can cause me to work a lot harder than normal. Rush commissions come with a flat $100 fee.

Personal rights are standard. Personal meaning; non-monetized use, such as profile picture, phone wallpaper.

For streamers I will allow you to use it on your schedules as long as I am credited

Other Commercial rights can be discussed. The Minimum is 50% of the commission's price. (If you were planning to makes prints or use in anyway that you would be making money)

I use PayPal invoices or VGen

If its a larger commission I prefer making and sending a invoice through PayPal so there's less fees

I will include VGen fees into commission pricing otherwise
